🌈 Pride Cymru Parade - Saturday 13th June 2026 🚌💖

The city is getting ready to shine! At Cardiff Bus, we're proud to recognise Pride Cymru 2026 — a celebration of love, diversity, and the vibrant LGBTQ+ community that helps make our city so special.

Whether you’re taking part in the parade, cheering from the sidelines, or just soaking up the atmosphere, we’re here to make sure your journey is as smooth and sparkly as the day itself.

🎉 Pride Parade Road Closures
To help make space for the celebrations, there will be temporary road closures in Cardiff city centre on 13th of June 2026, particularly around the parade route. These closures mean that some of our services will be diverted, and a few stops may not be in use for part of the day.

We’ll be keeping everyone updated on service changes and diversions closer to the event — so be sure to check our Service Updates, follow us on social media, or use the Cardiff Bus app to plan ahead.

We recommend allowing extra time for your journey, especially if you’re travelling into the centre during the parade.

1 & 2	Before 10:00 and after 15:00: Normal route and stops will be served in the city centre 10:00–15:00: End at temporary stops on the north side of Callaghan Square (near Eversheds Sutherland) instead of Canal Street.
6	Before 10:00 and after 15:00: Normal route and stops will be served in the city centre 10:00–15:00: End at temporary stops on the north side of Callaghan Square (near Eversheds Sutherland) instead of Canal Street.
8	Will operate as normal.
9	Before 10:00 and after 19:30: Both directions via Bute Terrace (use outside Raddison Blu for journeys to Sports Village) 10:00–19:30: Service split into two sections. Journeys between the city centre and UHW Heath Hospital will start and end at Churchill Way. Journeys to and from Sports Village will start and end at Cardiff Bus Interchange.
11, 44 , 45, 49, 50	Before 10:00 and after 19:30: Use night route to Bute Terrace 10:00–19:30: Start and end at Churchill Way.
13, 17/18, 32, 61, 62 and 63	Before 08:00 and after 13:30: Normal route 08:00–13:30: Will enter and exit city via Wood Street Bridge (not Westgate Street/Cardiff Bridge) to Wood Street (17 and 18) or Cardiff Bus Interchange (13, 32, 62, 62 and 63) as usual.
21, 23, 24 (out), 25 (In), 27, 35, 86 and 136	All day: Start and end at Greyfriars Road (GL) - near to The New Theatre.
28/29 & 30	Before 10:00: Use Night Route to CBI for 28/29 and Customhouse Street for 30 After 19:30: Use Night Route to Bute Terrace for 28/29 and Customhouse Street for 30 10:00 - 19:30: Will start and end at Greyfriars Road.
52, 57 and 58	Before 10:00 and after 19:30: Use night route to Custom House Street 10:00–19:30: Start and end at Churchill Way.
92, 93, 94, 95 and 96	Normal service and route NB - between 10:00 - 13:30 route 96 will exit the city centre via Neville Street and not serving Westgate Street or Cardiff Bridge.
